All billing is processed on the 1st of each month prior to service. Clients may set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once autopay is established, Poop Scoop Butler will generate your invoice and email a receipt for your records. Invoices and payment history are also available through the customer portal.
5. Service Conditions
To ensure uninterrupted service, payment must be received before the first scheduled cleaning of the month. Accounts without payment on file will be temporarily removed from the service schedule.
